Box Office Hours
The Box Office can be reached at (956) 681-3801 and is located on the East side of the McAllen Convention Center.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Box Office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, if there is no event scheduled. On event days the box office opens at 10:00 am and remains open through intermission.
